Terms of Service

Service

RideWithRiders provides customer booking and payment tools for private ride services in Portugal, with a focus on Lisbon and surrounding areas.

Bookings

Customers must provide accurate pickup, dropoff, date, time, contact, and payment information. A booking is not confirmed until payment is completed and the booking is accepted or processed by the platform.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. The displayed upfront price is the customer price for the selected ride details. Extra waiting after the free waiting time may be charged automatically to your saved payment method.

Cancellations and refunds

Customer cancellations and refunds are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Short Trip customers may cancel before the trip starts with no cancellation fee: 100% of the eligible customer payment is refundable, less actual non-refundable payment processing costs. Any charged toll is part of the same aggregate refund, not a separate refund transaction.

Customer responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
• Provide reachable contact details.
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
