RideWithRiders is a platform that connects drivers with customers for transportation services. By using this app, the driver agrees to the terms regarding data, responsibilities, and platform usage.
RideWithRiders collects driver information including name, email, phone number, ride activity, and uploaded documents. Location data may be collected during active rides to support navigation and service functionality.
Data is used to operate the platform, match rides, provide navigation, manage payments, verify accounts, and maintain safety and service quality.
Location data is used only when required for ride-related functions such as navigation, pickup, drop-off, and live trip tracking. RideWithRiders does not claim continuous tracking outside active ride usage.
Documents submitted by drivers may be reviewed for identity verification, compliance, and safety purposes. RideWithRiders may request valid documents when required.
Drivers must provide accurate information, maintain valid documents, comply with local laws, and are responsible for their conduct, vehicle condition, and passenger safety during trips.
Drivers must act professionally and help ensure a safe and respectful experience for passengers. Issues can be reported through the platform.
Driver earnings are calculated based on completed rides. Platform commissions and payout schedules may apply as defined within the system.
RideWithRiders may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, misuse, safety violations, or non-compliance with platform requirements.
RWR Driver users may initiate an account deletion request directly from the app through the Account or Settings section. After the request is confirmed, its status will be shown as Pending admin processing. The account will not be deleted immediately, and the request will be processed within 7 calendar days. During this processing period, the user may cancel the deletion request by contacting support@ridewithriders.com from the email address associated with the account. If the request is not cancelled, the account and personal data that RideWithRiders is not legally required to retain will be permanently deleted or anonymised. Certain information may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, safety, fraud-prevention, regulatory, or dispute-resolution purposes, and retained information will be restricted to those purposes. The user will receive confirmation after the account deletion process has been completed. After completion, the deleted account may not be recoverable.
Driver data is shared only when necessary for ride operations, such as with customers during trips, or when required by law or legal authorities.
Driver data is retained as long as the account remains active or as required for legal and operational purposes. Drivers may request account or data removal where applicable.
